1940’s Dress

Fabric: rayon/cotton blend, velvet
Brown and white pinstriped 40’s dress with velvet accents at the collar and cuffs, which are huge. There is a double collar, a two button front, and buttons down the left side of the skirt. There are two darts on each side running from the waist to the bustline. There are belt loops, but no matching belt.
