70’s Two Piece Set
Label: Sears Fashion, washing instructions, size 16
Fabric: 50% polyester, 50% cotton
Details: At one time, this amazing two piece was a three piece (according to the tag). Wonder what the third piece was? The set consists of a shirt/jacket and pants. The print is a denim look patchwork with red faux stitching accents and faux fraying. The shirt buttons up the front with 5 metal buttons that are stamped “equipment militaires.” The shirt has one button cuffs.
The pants have a flat waistband with elastic on the sides. They fasten with a zipper and one button. The pants have wide legs with a slight flare.
We have this listed under menswear, but it is really a unisex set.
Condition: excellent, although the pants are slightly lighter than the top, as if the previous owner worn the pants more often than the top.
