Fabulous Feathered Hat

This is the most fabulous feathered tilt hat in neon fuschia. The hat is totally covered in feathers and has a fake feathered bird perched on top. There is netting on the hat and the netting has a design in it. The underside of the hat brim is soft and the inside is lined with a black muslin like fabric.
There is no size marked in the hat.
The hat brim measures 2” at the widest point, the inside part of the hat lined with black grosgrain ribbon measures 16 1/2” around. The hat measures 10-“ from side to side and the top us 1 1/2” tall.
Condition: excellent other than a few tiny tears in the netting and the elastic string holding the hat in place has been cut out
