Details: unique double coil 1880’s bustle, used to add fullness to skirts in the Victorian Era, the cotton belt is stapled to the wire, and the belt had a double prong buckle
Condition: good, wire coils are in excellent condition, the cotton belt has staining and rust spots (see close up photos), buckle has some rust
