This is a vintage Future Farmer’s of America (FFA) jacket from 1949-50. The jacket is a slightly faded blue color with gold embroidery on the right chest that says Raymond Venable Reporter 49-50. On the left chest is a patch that says Vocational FFA Agriculture. The front has two slash pockets and the bottom of the jacket is banded. The jacket zips up the front with a metal “Conmar” zipper and has one button cuffs. The back of the jacket has gold embroidery that says Louisiana Plain Dealing. There is a large center patch like the one on the front. The waistband has two buckles on either side to cinch the jacket tighter.
