Really pretty 1960’s brown and white gingham dress that has never been worn and still has the original tags. The dress originally sold for $24.98. The label is Minx Modes “figure-following slim-liner with newsy fan-darts below belted waistline for flattery.” “Huge, bound dazzling white collar and buttoned waistline to hem band are fashion notes.” The dress is 51% Dacron Polyester and 49% Cotton Woven Check, Arnel Triacetate Collar. “This dress has Commar’s Conmatic, the snag-preventing zipper.” The dress comes with an extra button.
This one’s a classic and has so many great details including the huge collar, a bow accent at the neckline, button accents from the waist down, there is a kick pleat and a matching belt. The dress zips up the back and has one hook and eye closure.
Best fits a modern size Large; see measurements for best fit.
