Super cute and wearable 1920’s, maybe early 30’s dress.  The neckline is semi-sheer with a circular brown print that is faded in spots.  Not sure what this area normally looked like.  It is trimmed with rickrack, as are the sleeves and pockets.  The same brown print is on the pockets, and is also faded here.  There is an attached belt that ties in the back. 

Condition:  good vintage condition, there is the fading that is mentioned in the description and there is a small frayed tear near the left shoulder and on the back right (see close up photos)

Best fits a modern size medium/large; see measurements for best fit.
