Black & White Matador Style Set

Black and white 1950’s matador style set.  The label says Maya de Mexico Original, size 16.  The fabric is a heavy textured woven cotton blend featuring what looks like a reindeer, a bird, and a decorative diamond and floral print.  The cropped jacket is worn open and the pants zip up the side with a metal zipper and have a hook closure.  The bottom of the pants legs have a 5” slit that ties.  The left leg has two ties, the right leg only has one; it is missing the other.

Best fits a modern size XS/S; see measurements for best fit.

Inseam:  18 /4”

Condition:  good, there are a couple of tiny dark spots on the pants (not really noticeable unless you search), there is also a dark spot on the back right side of the vest, along with a spot where the woven part has started to unravel (see close up photo).

Model’s measurements are 32” bust, 26” waist, and 36” hip; she is 5’6” tall.
