1940’s Blue Satin Baseball Jacket

Vintage blue satin bomber baseball jacket with a baseball patch on the front with the number 49 on it.  The back has wool felt lettering that says Hampton Village Merchants.  There is off white & blue knit around the cuffs, waistband, and collar.  The jacket fastens with a metal talon zipper.  The jacket is reversible.  The reverse side is tan and the cuffs, waistband, and collar are solid blue.  Both sides have pockets.

The only label in the jacket is inside one of the pockets.  It says Style 2222 and size 40.  There is also a hand written note that says Larry’s baseball jacket, Hampton Village Merchants.

Condition:  very good with minor wear, the tan side has light wear and is a little dirty
