1970’s maxi dress by Penny LeRoy. The dress has a blue bodice and a tribal like print on the skirt. The bottom 9” of the dress is white and appears to have been added to the dress later. The dress zips up the back and has a hook and eye closure at the neckline. The designer’s name is printed onto the fabric at the inside back neckline. There is a label marking the dress a size 12; B 34, H 36.
