Early 1900’s Dress w/Lace

Antique white linen dress with the most amazing lace detailing!   The shoulders are lace with a floral accent, the bodice and down the front has the lace detailing, and the lace detailing is also around the hem. The lower part of the front of the dress has a pintucked overlay.  There is an interesting repair on the front skirt (see closeup).  This dress pulls over the head.

Condition:  fair; but the dress has lots of life left in it, there are dark spots on the lower back of the skirt, a couple of tiny holes, and some yellowing under the arm, this dress was washed but the spots would not come out
