Harvey Ball Smiley Face Sweatshirt

1960’s 70’s Harvey Ball smiley face sweatshirt with navy around the collar and cuffs.  This sweatshirt came from the home of a family with a son and daughter who grew up in the 70’s.  This belonged to the son.
