Classic 1970’s Oscar de la Renta navy blue halter dress.  The dress has a tiered skirt and zips up the back with one hook and eye closure at the neckline.  The halter ties at the neckline

Condition:  great condition other than fading to the back lower ruffled tier, which can be seen in the photo of the back of the dress.
