Orange Flounce Dress

Beautiful 1970’s orange ribboned maxi with an incredible, dreamy flow!  The hem of the dress makes a gradual v-shape with it being longer in front and back and shorter as it goes up the sides.  The ribbons accenting the front and back follow the shape of the hem with the longest ribbon in the center and the outer ribbons gradually getting shorter.  The sleeves are semi-sheer with a larger ruffled cuff.  The bottom of the dress has an 8” ruffle with three tiers of ribbon going around the ruffle.  

There is a label in the dress that indicates it is a size medium, and sewn into the neckline of the dress is a name that is a bit hard to read.  It looks like qe Dean or possibly ge Dean (see photo)
