Orange Print Draped Sheath Swimsuit

This is a Rose Marie Reid of California Draped Sheath swimsuit from the 50’s.  There is lovely draping for a flattering fit.  The colors are light orange, darker orange, brown, yellow, and white with stripes of floral print and stripes of shades of orange.  There is elastic in the back and also around the back leg openings.  The suit zips up the back with a metal zipper and has two hook and eye closures in the zipper placket.  The zipper placket is also boned, as is the bust.  The bust is lined with a lightly padded fabric.  There is also boning down the side of the suit.  The straps hook into the back of the suit and are adjustable.  The fabric of the suit is cotton.

Waist:  26”-28”
Hips:  36”
Length:  22” (from neckline to bottom of skirt)

Condition:  Excellent, the only flaw noted is very faint discoloration on the inside crotch lining that follows the seam.

 Model’s measurements are bust 34”, waist 26”, hips 39” and she is 5’3” tall.
