Saltillo Tie Front Vest

Vintage Saltillo blanket vest that ties up the front.  There are four front tie.   There are side slits on both sides.  Throw this over something plain and all of a sudden, you stand out!

Bust:  36”, up to 38” if you wear it open or have a small cup size

Shoulders:  16”-16 1/2”

Condition:  excellent, no flaws noted
