Shades of Blue 70’s Dress

This is the perfect little polyester dress for running around town in or for standing on the corner reading a vintage Seventeen magazine.  It is different shades of blue and has a cool print.  The dress has a matching belt that ties; no belt loops.  The dress has a v-neckline, a pointy collar, and a gathered bustline for a flattering fit.  The only label in the dress says size 13.  The dress has no fasteners, it just pulls on.
