Sheer Mesh Victorian Inspired Blouse

Romantic sheer mesh blouse with puffed shoulders and lace trim around the collar and cuffs.  There is a floral piece at the neckline fashioned from lace.  The shirt buttons down the front and has a snap closure at the top of the neckline and the cuffs.  Amazing piece to wear on its on or layered.  Look how great it looks under the plaid vest!
