White & Red Mini Skirt

White mini skirt with red rick rack trim around the bottom and two rick rack designs on the front of the skirt that look a bit like hearts or like an amoeba.  The waistband is elastic and the skirt feels like a linen/cotton blend.  There is no label and the skirt looks home-made.
